The Upper Elkhorn NRD will hold a Special Policy Issues Meeting with the Board of Directors at the district office at 301 N Harrison Street on February 12, 2026 at 1:30 p.m.  A current agenda will be available for inspection during normal business hours at the district’s office. The agenda may be amended up to 24 hours prior to the meeting.
